What this website is

This site describes what VL Study Abroad Consultants does and gives general guidance to students applying to universities in Italy and France from Pakistan. Reading it does not put you under contract with us. That happens separately and in writing, when you engage us for a specific piece of work.

Guidance, not a decision

Nothing here is legal or immigration advice, and we are not a law firm. Universities decide admissions. Embassies and consulates decide visas. Awarding bodies decide scholarships. We prepare your file, advise you and represent you as well as we can, and none of that lets us decide the outcome.

So we do not guarantee admission, a scholarship or a visa, and we would ask you to be careful with any consultant who does.

How we work with you

We operate online. Consultations happen by call, video or WhatsApp, and documents are shared and reviewed digitally. There is no office to visit and no walk in service. That is what lets us charge the same fee to a student in Karachi as to one in Gilgit.

It also means you should be sure you are talking to us. Our number and email address are on the contact page. A message from any other number, or an offer made in our name by somebody else, is not us.

Accuracy and dates

Fees, deadlines, scholarship amounts and visa requirements change, sometimes in the middle of an application cycle. We keep these pages as current as we can and mark when each guide was last updated. Even so, before you make a decision based on a figure here, check it against the university, the embassy or the awarding body for your own intake year. Where a page names an amount, treat it as a guide rather than a promise.

Fees and refunds

What we charge, what it covers and when it is payable are agreed with you directly and in writing before any paid work begins, along with where you stand on refunds. Nothing is charged through this website, and we will never ask for card details or a bank transfer through a web form.

What we ask of you

• Give us accurate information and genuine documents. We will not submit anything we believe to be false, and doing so puts your own future travel at far more risk than it puts ours.
• Meet the deadlines we give you. Most of them belong to somebody else and cannot be moved.
• Tell us quickly if your circumstances, your funding or your plans change.

Other websites

We link to university, government and embassy pages so you can check things at the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them, though we would rather you checked them than took our word for it.

The content on this site

The text, the guides and the design here are our own work. Read it, print it and share the links, all of that is welcome. Please do not republish whole articles as your own. A link back is always fine.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan. If anything here does not match what we agreed with you in writing for your own case, the written agreement is what counts.
